The description of the logotype
The very first thing that catches your eye when you look at the logotype is the kind of a building, drawn in the shape of a frame of “Lyceum #1”. We perceive our alma mater as the place where we acquire a decent amount of necessary knowledge; and therefore it slightly reminds of a panteon, one of the best-preserved of all Ancient Roman buildings, in the same way as our lyceum is one of those educational institutions that hasn’t changed much for the last 25 years.
The initial letter ‘L’ is combined with a schematic representation of hydrogen, the first element of the periodic table. We want this to express our passion for such a subject as physics. The letter ‘E’ is replaced with a mathematical symbol which implies the specialization in mathematics.
By the phrase written on the footing of the building we would like to signify of our eagerness to cooperate and evolve.
